The Inkster Housing Commission (IHC) will open the Low Income Public Housing waiting list for Lemoyne 1 and Lemoyne 2, covering all bedroom sizes, starting Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 9:00 AM. Eligible applicants will be placed on the waiting list in the order applications are received, as the program operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
There is no application fee, and the IHC does not provide emergency housing assistance. Applications can be picked up at the management office located at 4500 Inkster Road, Inkster, MI 48141, or downloaded from the IHC website at www.inksterhousing.org. Completed applications must be returned to the same address.
